Flash Grilled Jerk Chicken with Spicy Sorrel Relish
Products used in this recipe: Traditional Jerk Seasoning
- 2-3 tsp Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning
- 6 Chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
Pound breasts with mallet or large bottle until thin. Rub in Jerk seasoning and leave to marinate, refrigerated, for at least an hour.
