Serves: 6

• 2-3 tsp Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning
• 6 Chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
• 1 Tbsp Olive oil

Pound breasts with mallet or large bottle until thin. Rub in Jerk seasoning and leave to marinate, refrigerated, for at least an hour.
