We have tried to simplify the process of getting coffee to you in a timely and cost effective method. As such, we have a flat rate shipping policy.
Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail ( 2-3 day delivery). Large orders are sometimes shipped UPS. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and are usually shipped within one to three business days of us receiving the order. During the holiday season please allow one to two extra days for delivery.
All prices include shipping charges. Please note that the first pound of coffee is the most expensive. AFTER the first pound of 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain, the price drops $4.00 for each pound shipped to the same address on the same order. This only applies to the roasted Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee in one-pound bags—not bulk orders, blends, flavors, gift boxes, or green beans.
We now can ship to most countries throughout the world. These shipments will use a new service offered, BONGO. Shipping and handling costs will be shown before charges are final. APO addresses will be shipped regular means through our office. These shipments require additional shipping fees which are added at the checkout page. Also, once international orders leave the US we cannot track them and the Customs office in the delivery country may hold the order for up to two weeks.
You may set up your personal address book allowing you to ship to multiple recipients and/or multiple addresses on the same order.
Return Policy for coffee:
Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. guarantees that the coffee you order is the coffee you receive. If the coffee is the incorrect item or damaged during shipment to customer, Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. will replace or refund item cost to customer. Claims must be made within 15 days of shipment.
Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. is not responsible for customer error in ordering including incorrect item, grind, shipping address, etc. Customer may return unopened item within fifteen days to Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. at customer’s expense. Customer will receive refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Blue Mountain Coffee is not responsible for shipping charges. Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. will not accept open items for a customer’s refund .
Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. is not responsible for customers not liking taste or roast of coffee. Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. guarantees all items to be as advertised. Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. does not guarantee refunds in these cases. Refunds or exchanges in this instance is the sole discretion of Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. Taste and roast is a subjective preference and Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. does not claim to taste or roast their coffee the same as any other coffee roaster or provider.
Customer must call before returning and item to Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. will assign a RMA number (return authorization number) to all returned items. Any item returned without a RMA will not be authorized for refund or exchange.
Return Policy for all other items:
Coffee Grinder returns or exchanges will follow the guidelines of the manufacturer. All problems should be addressed with manufacturer. The manufacturer will do everything they can to help the customer.
Please call Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. for all other product returns. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items returned must be in like new condition. If any item is defective Blue Mountain Coffee, Inc. must be called before returning item. Defective or incorrect items will receive a full refund if said item is returned unopened.
Items ordered incorrectly or shipped to incorrect or insufficient addresses because of customer’s fault, will be the sole responsibility of purchaser.
