Jamaica reserves its best Grade I green coffee beans for export and ships them in wooden barrels. The beans are certified by the Coffee Industry Board as 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain® coffee. We launch their unique characteristics when we roast and grind the beans to a medium grind.
