In a small pot combine 1/2 cup each of white vinegar and sugar and 1/4 cup of water. Heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
As dressing is cooling add Jonkanoo Hot Sauce to taste.
Shred or finely slice 5-6 cups of cabbage and 1 large carrot. (Optional: Add fine sliced green pepper and onions).
Pour dressing and combine well.
Can sit in the fridge for 3-4 days (but is best if eaten within 2 days)
