In 1728, the Governor of Jamaica, Sir Nicholas Lawes introduced coffee seedlings in the parish of St. Andrew; coffee production was first reported at Flamstead, St. Andrew, in 1764.
The Flamstead farm stands 3,300 feet above sea level and lies in an area traditionally associated with the production of high quality Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee. It is oftentimes covered by the cool mists of the Blue Mountains.
Blue Mountain Coffee Inc. is honored to team directly with the owners of this farm and offer a limited supply of this outstanding coffee with its unique attributes. We are the exclusive ecommerce distributor for Flamstead Estate coffee in the United States.
Offered in a Medium and Dark Roast.
Exceptional Coffee
Hi,
I have had my first cup of Jamaican coffee in Negril back in 1981. With the internet age, I order your coffee on line right to my door for several years now. I just wanted to say that an out of town friend came to my house for a visit and she turned down a cup of coffee because she said coffee was too hard on her stomach. I told her about Blue Mountain coffee being the "best in the world" and she had a cup. Then she had 3 more after that, saying it didn't bother her at all. Another convert to the "best coffee in the world". Life is too short to drink bad coffee. Yours is the best!!!!
